Cannot search for an ID?

Am I mistaken, but while I know that I have project with ID “PRJ18” I cannot find it with the search function? I have all checkboxes checked in the search options. Including “ID”.
I can find my “PRJ18” with an eyeball-search from the “ID” column of the Spreadsheet view.

Maybe you should bundle this request with the external link request to reach an item External link to an item in Timeline? - #2 by jess - you would be using ID in the URL, I presume. That would fit to my usage as well and I could drop the idea to use AutoHotkey for the same function.
