So I currently have several different items types. One is Books, another Chapters, and a third for ‘Moments’ that aren’t chapters, but are needed to be noted for various reasons.
I have Books as a Parent item for Moments as well as Chapters.
Since I am synching it with Scivener, it has to be in Manual Order, not by Start Date, or Chronological Order.
I realized if I move the manual order around, well, manually, then the order will change in Scivener, and I can make it ordered by start date if I move things around.
But the Parent items/Moments with a Parent Item/Book are on the top of the list even when set to Manual Order in Aeon, and can’t be moved down. And no single Moment can be move above them either. There is no ‘keep parent item types at top’ that I can check or uncheck.
Is there a way around this? or is this something that will be changed to make things easier to move around as we desire in the new update?
The moments at the bottom take place before the book Larkspur, but I can’t move them up to before the Book at all.
But if I change the order to ‘By Start Date’ the option ‘keep parent item types at top’ appears, and I can uncheck it, allowing the order to be switched up
