Aeon crashes with linking document in folder

Went to bug page and didn’t see form, so here goes.

Running latest version of Aeron, up to date, on Mac mini, 2018, 16 gig, I5, with up to date software.
When I try to link a pdf from a file in the inspector, at “files, attachment,” Aeon has been freezing, and and will not unfreeze. This time around waiting 20 minutes, usually I just force close it.

Let me know what else I can tell you.

Are you able to try two things:

  1. Start a new timeline file, add one event and try attaching the same pdf to that event?
  2. Attaching a different pdf to the same event on your original timeline?

Let us know if either or these two work, or if it still hangs in both cases.
