Can colours change automatically as well as manually?

Hello,

Yet another newbie here. I’m doing data-entry of my characters (many of them) and I’m having problems. As I have so many characters (a lot are ’walk-on’ parts) I’d love it if set up a way in which the colours would change automatically instead of having to do it manually. Is this possible or am I wishing for the moon?

Just a tiny request - could screenshots be on the light background if possible - I can’t see things on the dark background. Thank you.

You can enter the names and then hold the control key and select the names you want to be a color, then click pencil icon then color and select a new color and all will change at once. (at least for windows version)

Thanks, will that work in reverse as I’ve got a lot of characters that have the same colour (Blue) and I want to have them different colours so I can see them in the subway view?
