Date obscured by picker message

If you hover over the date picker, the pop-up which appears to tell you that you’re over the date picker completely obscures the date.

Steps to reproduce

As indicated, all you have to do is put the mouse over the date picker icon.

Are you able to reproduce this bug reliably? Yes.
Can you make this bug happen with a clean timeline file? Yes.
Does it only happen with a specific timeline file? No.

Unfortunately that is just the where the tooltip library puts it, it should only appear when you hover on the calendar picker icon next to the date.
