No the start/end times of events should not change with daylight savings, they are not related to the current date/time unless they are “ongoing” events. Ongoing events have the present as their end date, but the start date should still be fixed.
Do you have any constraints or dependencies in your timeline that could have automatically updated your events?

I asked the question because as far as I know, I hadn’t changed anything and it looked like a DST change,
I have locked the start and end dates.
