How can I change the account email (not forum)?

Hello everyone,

I am using a new email address and changed my settings here in the forum without problems. But how can I change the one, that is connected to my Aeon Licence / account ID? There is no option in Aeon Timeline itself or on the website?

There isn’t a way for users to change this themselves, so we will have to do it manually for you.

If you can email support@timeline.app with your account ID, old email address and new email address, then we can update it for you.
