How to change black background to white with black letters?

Hello:

I’m new on the forum and would like help. The orientation videos show a white background with black letters. I’m on a MacBook Air, and my Aeon Timeline opens as a black background with white letters and it’s difficult for me to see. Can I change it to white background with black letters? I’ve found something on Google that suggests using “Tools” but I don’t see “Tools” on Aeon Timeline. (My Mac System Settings are Light.) Thanks for any suggestions! (Please give full instructions i.e. “Aeon for Dummies”!)

The “Tools” menu is where the option is located for Windows users, which is why you can’t see it.

For Mac:

  1. Open Aeon Timeline menu
  2. Click on Preferences
  3. Choose “Light”, “Light (High Contrast)” or “Mellow” from the dropdown under the “Theme” heading. These all have a light background with dark letters, so you can choose which you prefer.
  4. Close the window
