How to view all hidden synced folders in Narrative view?

At one point I changed some setting in Aeon and now only one of my synced folders shows up in Narrative View. See screenshot. I can’t recall what I did and I also can’t find any setting that would bring them back. They are still there and still getting synced. They just don’t show in Narrative tab.

Actually, now that I’m looking closely at this, all of the other synced folders (eight more book manuscripts) are also now missing from the Spreadsheet and Timeline Views–and possibly others.

For clarity’s sake: What I synced was the overarching series folder in my Scrivener project, and that contains 10 folders, each holding all the chapter documents within. One folder per book.

Hi @CheriLasota,

Thanks for posting. We’ve replied to your support ticket, but posting the info here as well:

Would it be possible for you to send through your timeline file and Scrivener project to us at support@aeontimeline.com? This will help us replicate what you are seeing and work out what the issue is. If you are unsure about sending through your entire Scrivener project, we only need the .scrivx file (which just has the binder and custom metadata information, not the content of the documents). On Mac, you can access this file by right-clicking on the Scrivener project in Finder and choosing Show Package Contents.

If sending through copies of your files wouldn’t be suitable, just let us know and we’ll provide steps to take the screenshots that would help us troubleshoot the issues.

Thanks for your help in getting this sorted.

Hi Rebecca, I just sent my files for you to look at but I wanted to add a couple things:
I don’t see where/how to access the support tickets you replied to. I assumed it would be through email, but I’m not seeing anything behind notifications from the Aeon forum. I checked my junk folder/ all mail as well.

Since I sent my files, I’ve realized that the issue of missing narrative folders in the narrative view is still occurring on both my ipad and Macbook Aeon. I don’t know why it keeps happening or how I temporarily fixed it (or it fixed itself) only to have it happen again. Kinda seems like a bug.
