Hi,

Is there any way to set the program so that uploaded images always show in the timeline?

Additionally - seems like .PNG files used as

LINK TO IMAGE

are not supported. Am I right?

Any way to KEEP images persistent on the timeline?

Are .PNG linked images supported?

In answer to your questions:

  1. Yes you can change it so that images are displayed on the timeline. If you click on the “Customize item card” button on the footer of timeline view (the card looking icon) you can choose what to have displayed on the timeline for an event. Tick the image box to have the image displayed. You can read about this here: Timeline View (Desktop) - Aeon Timeline 3 Knowledge Base (under the heading Display Settings)
  2. Yes linked PNG files are supported. It is potentially the case that there is something to do with that specific link that is causing the issue. We have been able to replicate it, so will create a ticket to look into it.
