Is it possible to visually break up the timeline?

I’m writing a portal fantasy, and I’d like to map the fantasy ages onto the Gregorian calendar. For example, 2160-1800 BC represents the First Age and 1800-2160 AD represents the Twelfth Age, that kind of thing. I’d love to be able to visually represent the duration of an age on the timeline. Is that possible?
