Logged Out On All Devices and Cannot Log In

Problem Description + Screenshots

I’ve been logged out of Aeon Timeline on all my devices (3 Windows devices, 1 iPad). When I try to log back in on any of them I’m informed that I have reached the maximum number of logins for this account ID and to log out on another device or computer or to contact support for assistance. Since I’ve been logged out on all devices and that’s why I’m even trying to log in again, I can’t do that, and support isn’t replying. I now cannot use Aeon on any device or in any way except in read-only mode.

Steps to reproduce

Same thing happens on any device I try to log back in on.

Happens Independent of any files.


I just replied to your email, we have found the bug that is causing this issue and are working on the fix for it.

In the meantime, I have updated our system so that you should be able to log in on your devices again.

I have this exact same issue. I did send an email to the support email. Is there a way to do this through the support site?


No there current isn’t a way for users to do this, it needs to be done via an email to our support team (support@timeline.app)
