Payment made but no account ID or any receipt via email

Hi.
I bought the app. Did not receive an Account ID via email. Did not receive anything.

Only screenshot the browser which confirmed the purchase.

Checked Credit card online - payment was made already.

Still told to buy the app.
What is going on? Anyone suffering from this problem?

Have you contacted Aeon? The email address listed in “Resources->Support->Account Help->I didn’t receive a confirmation email on purchase” is support@timeline.app.

Probably a snag at Aeon’s ecommerce vendor.

I did so. Got no response.
Edit: they just responded.

Glad to hear it. Email might not be as closely watched on weekends. Good luck with your account. I imagine you’re on the road to recovery.
