Possible to sync OneDrive Aeon File between iPad and Windows?

I use Aeon on Windows and an iPad. The main file I work off of is hosted in OneDrive. Is there a way to add OneDrive as a location on my iPad so I can continue to work off of or reference the Aeon file there? Right now, I have to download it locally each time for my iPad and then re-upload it afterwards.

If you enable One Drive on the Files app, then does the option appear in Aeon Timeline as a location to browse to when you are opening a file?
