Purchased extension; can't login

I purchased a 12 month extension of app updates on 07/22 Saturday, but I cannot login on my iPhone. I’m getting an error message about max logins.

I only have 4 devices - iMac, MacBook, iPad, iPhone. Somehow, I have phantom devices still logged in.
