Purchased version, can't log in

Problem Description + Screenshots

Purchased. Downloaded Mac version. Entered my email address and Account ID (same email that I received the email from from Fastspring with the Account ID). Success!

Downloaded iPad version. Entered same email address and Account ID. Error message saying “the account ID you entered is already associated with a different email address. Please check your details and try again.”

So, I log out of the Mac version. Try to log back in. Now I get the same message on the Mac.

Try to log in with email address and Account ID.

  • Are you able to reproduce this bug reliably? Yes, 100% of the time.
  • Can you make this bug happen with a clean timeline file? Yes
  • Does it only happen with a specific timeline file? No

I replied to your email on this aswell, it was a problem with the initial activation having a typo in the email address.

This has been fixed, you should be able to log in correctly now.
