When syncing a previous Scrivener project with Aeon, there should be an option to “ignore” (or un-sync) an event even after it has been synced. I remember being able to do this in Aeon Timeline 2, but there is no “right click” functionality in the binder sync panel to be able to do this in Aeon Timeline 3.
