I’m trying to create a timeline from scratch, drawing on a large amount of pre-assembled data that has to be input manually. The data generally falls into a number of different buckets, each of which would be represented by a first-order bar on the timeline with sub-events becoming child items for the relevant bar.
In this scenario, the only way I’ve found to add a child item is to right click on the bar/spreadsheet entry and select create item > create child item. Is there an easier, keyboard-centric way of doing this? I have to add hundreds of these and the keyboard-mouse-keyboard workflow is not very flowy!
