I’m using the desktop app and I’m running into an issue where syncing with scrivener either deletes my scrivener folders (including my manuscripts) or deletes the relationships I made in Aeon timeline. Is there a way to get around this? I didn’t report as a bug because I’m not sure if this is how sync is supposed to work.

This may be a bug or may be an issue with how your sync is set up.
Is it possible for you to email your timeline file and Scrivener project (just the .scrivx part will do) to support@timeline.app ? This will help us work out what the issue is.
If you can’t send the files, then if you can email more information about your setup (eg. your folder structure in Scrivener, what is synced with Aeon Timeline, what is deleted when you sync etc. ) then we may be able to work out what is happening.
