Ulysses Syncing: Retaining Nested Entity Format + a few other questions

Hello, I’ve been syncing my Aeon timeline with Ulysses and I’ve noticed that it doesn’t retain the way I nested entities. Ive tweaked around the nested item setting but no dice

This is what it looks like on Aeon Timelines:

Then how it turns out in Ulysses:

Is there a way to keep these files in order or could I manually arrange and link them together, without messing up future syncing or my arrangement in Aeon Timeline?

Also I notice the labels are using the %mark for the label, could I change them to a # to make them a header or add a header on top of it? Or will that mess up the syncing

Also I assume it is safe to write on these pages so I could add elaborate information and stuff like that?

The order of entities is not synced, however the nested structure should be.

If this doesn’t help, are you able to post a screenshot of your sync settings to show how you have set up this folder to be synced?

Yes it is fine to change the % to a #. You can check by making this change, and see if Aeon Timeline sees it as a change. If it doesn’t, then you know it will be fine.
