This is my first attempt to share a file two of us are working on at the same time.
I got the file to show on both our computers in file explorer and we are both able to save and change the file.
But I don’t see the changes unless I close the file and open again.
Is there a way to refresh or sync the file without closing and opening?

How you’re working there is the only way file sharing between different devices can work in the current version of the app.
Just be careful that only one of you is working on it at the one time. Otherwise, there is the potential for you to overwrite their changes if you save an older version of the file after them.
