I’ve been exploring different ways to manage member lifecycles and event timelines more efficiently, and I was wondering if anyone here is using timeline-based tools for this purpose.
For example, in digital membership card systems (like renewals, onboarding, event access, etc.), there are multiple stages from signup to renewal and it feels like a timeline view could make things much clearer and easier to manage.
Has anyone tried mapping membership workflows inside a timeline tool?
Things like:
- tracking member onboarding stages
- renewal reminders
- event participation history
- overall engagement timeline
I’m especially curious how people handle long-term member journeys visually, and whether timeline-based planning actually helps in improving organization and tracking.
