I apologize for this basic questions, but I can’t find an answer anywhere. The question is: what are Projects for?
I can create new Projects in the left sidebar. I can filter them to only show the tasks being part of the filtered project.
But I’ve no idea on how to include existing tasks and stories into a Project. Nothing that I can find under the right-click menu. Dragging items onto a Project’s name in the sidebar does nothing.
What am I missing?

Hi Paolo,
my version of Aeon Timeline includes a template for project management. It contains projects to which you can assign employees. In a company, for example, a project could be an order from a customer for which you need to assign several employees. Using the timeline, you can now plan which employee will work on which project at what time so as not to overload the company’s capacity and to meet deadlines.
I hope that answers your question. If you don’t have tasks like this, you might want to use a different template, such as the one for fiction.

Hi @PaoloT one method of assigning existing tasks to a project would be to select the task to open up the Inspector, and then select the task you wish to assign it to.
The option may not be showing for you, depending on the template you started with, and how it’s been setup.
